Monday Getaway: Walking Disaster

 If you've been following my blog, you know why I didn't post a Monday Getaway last week. This week, I'm struggling to get back in the swing of things this week.

Walking Disaster by Jamie McGuire is Book 2 of the Maddox Brothers Series. It's the same story as Beautiful Disaster, which you can read about HERE, except this one is written through Travis's perspective. It took me a little while to get into it. I guess it was just a mental thing that I didn't want to read a book that I've already read. But I'm so glad I did.

Monday Getaway: Beautiful Disaster

Through Klout, I was perk'd with Beautiful Oblivion (The Maddox Brothers Series) by Jamie McGuire. I haven't read that yet because although this is different characters, it stills ties into the characters she first writes about in her first book Beautiful Disaster. So I started with Book 1.

Beautiful Disaster, the first of The Maddox Brothers Series by Jamie McGguire is my first New Adult read, at least what is now categorized as New Adult. The series features yet another boy with commitment issues, who meets a girl that refuses him, and he suddenly forgets he has issues. I'm not saying this is a bad thing--just a common one. I still love to read them.
