Meridienne Drake: Secrets of the Truth
After graduating from the eighth grade, Meridienne Drake’s graduation present was a lone plane ticket to Portland, Oregon to meet relatives that she never knew existed. Feeling betrayed by her parents’ deceptions and secrets, Meridienne struggles between accepting and rejecting this new family. Amidst all of this, Meridienne falls in love for the first time only to be left utterly confused. When her fourteenth birthday arrives, the full extent of all the secrets the Drakes kept are revealed to Meridienne and consists of secrets that Meridienne had only dreamt about, literally.
